Initial consult

Service Description

An initial consult involves a comprehensive discussion about your health history, lifestyle, diet, stress levels, and current concerns. I ask detailed questions to understand your overall wellbeing and identify potential root causes of your symptoms; based on this information, we may recommend dietary and lifestyle changes, herbal medicines and nutritional supplements, to support your body's healing process. The process of an initial consult: 1) Make a booking via email or phone call 2) Consult payment to be made in full 24hrs before appointment 3) Appointment via Telehealth - link will be emailed to you 4) After the appointment, you will receive your therapeutic plan within 24hrs, this plan will include an invoice for any supplements/herbal medicines that may be recommended. Dietary and lifestyle advice is free. 5) Once payment is made for the recommended supplements/herbal medicines, your order will be placed. 6) Products will be shipped to your address, depending on the day products are ordered, will determine postage ETA. Majority of the time products are delivered within 4-5 business days. 7) Follow up appointment is also booked in at the end of the first consultation.
